If you bought one of our templates and you have questions or issues then do not hesitate - Please contact us to create a ticket with a complete description of your problem and our support team will investigate it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Graphic Owls office is located in Atlanta, GA (EST) and our working hours are 10:00AM to 6:30PM (EST) on workdays (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Please be mindful of potentially slower response times on weekends and holidays. Our premium support is available to registered members only (Coming Soon).

Before You Ask
  1. Please read our Support Policy.
  2. If your site is down, please consult with your hosting company for a resolution first.
  3. We cannot provide support for any 3rd party features, elements or plugins used on your site.
  4. Currently our subscribe forms only integrate with Mailchimp.
  5. Unfortunately we cannot provide support for broken templates as a result of modification outside of Graphic Owls.
  6. Make sure that all of your customizations are done either by Graphic Owls or an experienced developer.
